the pool area seemed good.

i felt really annoyed. the room wasn't serviced one day. i came back at 5pm only to find the room not touched since 9am. the staff said it was out of their control, i thought this response was not very helpful.

the location was very central. we found the pool area great. i thought the staff was fantastic. the check in was easy. parking was also easy. the room was spacious and clean.

i noticed a lack of patio furniture. the balcony light did not work. i found these issues inconvenient during the evenings.

The river view is lovely. We slept well on the big bed, and it was comfortable. We like the bar, and we like the pool area too. The staff were excellent.

the pool area was acceptable.

the room was not clean on arrival. i saw some hairs in the bathroom and the furniture looked old. also, the breakfast was very basic.

The location was excellent, offering quick access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The lifts were quick and efficient, made getting to my room on a higher floor easy. I found the beds very comfortable. I slept well each night.

I noticed a few minor stains on the couch in my room, making it look a bit outdated.

The front desk staff were always ready to assist with directions, and the prompt resolution of a minor issue I reported was excellent. The service was perfect, and the staff ensured that all requests were handled efficiently. They always greeted me with a smile and seemed eager to help.
